Honey Garlic Shrimp Recipe

Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled & deveined)

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

  • Chopped green onions & sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Shrimp

    • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, sriracha, and red pepper flakes.

    • Add shrimp and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Cook the Shrimp

    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

    • Add shrimp (discarding excess marinade) and cook for 2 minutes per side.

  3. Add the Sauce

    • Reduce heat to low, add butter, and pour in the leftover marinade.

    • Stir and let the sauce thicken for 1–2 minutes.

  4. Serve & Enjoy!

    • Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

    • Serve over rice, noodles, or enjoy on its own!
