4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions:

Prepare the Pork Chops

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork chops for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Make the Honey Garlic Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.
