Honey Garlic Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pork Chops

    • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Sear the Pork Chops

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Sear the pork chops for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  3. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce

    • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

    • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

    • Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes.

  4. Coat the Pork Chops

    • Return the pork chops to the skillet.

    • Spoon the sauce over them and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  5. Serve & Enjoy!

    • Garnish with chopped parsley or sesame seeds. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
