Creamy Avocado Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or your choice)

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)

  2. In a blender or food processor, combine avocados, garlic, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water little by little until it reaches the desired consistency.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
